We shut the Yogurt Works down on the Fourth of July, but a few folks had to stick around to greet incoming milk trucks. So a Stonyfielder named Derwin Flannery, who had the day off, packed up his grill and a bunch of food and drinks and brought the Fourth to the Yogurt Works! Good man, that Derwin. ●
Ten Stonyfielders completed the Danskin Women’s Triathlon in Webster, MA last month, wearing the colors of their sponsor: the nonprofit Climate Counts. Nine of the ten were first-time triathletes. Great job, ladies! ● Earlier this month, three Stonyfielders — a swimmer from Accounting, a cyclist from Purchasing, and a runner from Marketing — competed in the Top Notch Triathlon Relay in Franconia, NH, and took third place! Way to go, team! ● Our veteran community theater actor John Decareau just finished four theatre-in-the-park performances of The Beard of Avon (in Nashua, NH). John played three different roles in this comedy about Shakespeare. |
