Katherine Scoleri is the mom behind SafeMama, a website she created in 2007 to start keeping track of the health and safety issues that concerned her then 1 year old son. Since then, SafeMama has grown into a huge resource and is the "go to" source to find out what products are safest, tips for living a non-toxic life and on how not to go nuts in the process. Katherine is also a published author, a web designer and mom to two rambunctious little boys who love YoKids organic yogurt. Their favorite flavors are Strawberry Vanilla and Blueberry and in the summer, Katherine pokes popsicle sticks right through the foils and freezes them for treats!

So I recently took my kids out and about, despite the cold, on a day trip to the Tellus Science Museum right here in Georgia.
