Ashley is an artist, photographer, wife and mommy. She started blogging over at Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen in 2006 as a creative outlet after a long day at her "creative" job. She makes an effort to use fresh, local and organic foods when possible, and enjoys preparing food from a variety ethnic cuisines. She also enjoys preparing vegetarian, vegan and raw dishes. Ashley puts together elaborate meals for dinner parties, holidays, and special occasions, and is part of a Supper Club which meets for a monthly, themed dinner. She is always up for good challenge in the kitchen, but also recognizes the necessity for quick and easy meals.
