Ingredients

2 c flour
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 c butter
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt

Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat over to 375°.

Step 2

In a bowl, sift together dry ingredients.

Step 3

Add butter and yogurt and mix well.

Step 4

Place dough on a board and knead until smooth.

Step 5

Either roll to a 1-inch thickness and cut round biscuits using a cookie cutter, or make 2-inch balls and flatten.

Step 6

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown.

Step 7

Serve hot.

These are so yummy and easy to make. I make a double batch and freeze for later use. We have them with bacon & eggs or or make sausage & biscuit sandwiches with strawberry jam. Be creative and use various cookie cutters for special occasions! Enjoy !!
