Fruited Muesli

Stir up a large batch of this fruited yogurt dish the night before a big brunch. Couldn't be easier!

Ingredients

1 c quick oats
1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Milk
1/4 c raisins
1/2 c dried apricots (diced)
2 T wheat germ
1 c Strawberries (sliced)
1 c blueberries
1 T honey
3 T almonds

Preparation:

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix well to combine and allow to sit overnight.

Step 3

Serve the next day topped with honey or toasted almonds.

Textures are great and smooth tastes. I substituted quinoa flakes for the wheat germ and used plain yogurt making it vanilla with vanilla extract and maple syrup. The next day I add the honey and almonds as well as granola for extra crunch. Both times I've made it I didn't have strawberries, but will come spring, Lw.
