These were sooooo yummy & simple to make!!! My husband was even shocked by how great they tasted. Then I talked a skeptical friend into trying the recipe and she was shocked as well at how awesome they are. Bye bye buttermilk, hello yogurt biscuits!

These biscuits were so easy and delicious. I definitely recommend them! I made them with 1 cup of spelt flour and 1 cup of all purpose flour and I used whole milk yogurt instead of low fat, otherwise I used the recipe as written. Mmmm mmmm they turned out great!! Thanks for such a great recipe.
