Angi’s Homemade Biscuits
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
scant teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons butter (chopped)
7/8 cup of Stonyfield plain yogurt
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Add butter and mix with hands or pastry cutter until pea sized. Add yogurt and mix until combined. Knead the dough for a few minutes and then cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake in 450 oven for 7-9 minutes.
Makes approximately 24 biscuits.
