Valentine’s Day may already be a distant memory, but it’s never too late to let people know that you love them. So, I wanted to take this opportunity to very publicly declare my love for the Stonyfield Moo Crew and explain why I adore them so.
First off, Moo Crew members share Stonyfield’s passion for healthy food, healthy people, and a healthy planet. Not only do they believe in Stonyfield’s mission, but they act on it by doing everything from cleaning up local beaches to encouraging their friends and family to sign on to the Just Label It petition that calls on the FDA to label genetically engineered foods.
Second, Moo Crew members are always trying to learn more. They ask us for information about organic farming; they read articles and take quizzes about the benefits of organic food; and they provide great examples of the steps they’ve taken to become more knowledgeable about the food they eat and how it’s grown.
Third, and for me, most importantly, they share their lives with us. Whether it’s something light and fun – like Tamra’s recipe for Mile High Yogurt Brownies or June baking cookies with her grandchildren – or a little more serious like JE’s volunteering at the local food pantry or Barbara’s story about the hard work of her local farmers, Alan and Susan Boutillier – they show us every day how Stonyfield and the values we share play an important part in their lives.
So to the Moo Crew: I’m sending love your way. Thanks for being part of the Stonyfield family!
