January and February can be rough months to get through. In many parts of the country everything is grey and it is COLD! Who wouldn't long for the sunnier days ahead? Lucky for you, this smoothie is an easy way to get a taste of summer with easy to find ingredients. It's a fun and tasty way to wait out the winter!
Sunny Day Smoothie Recipe
makes 2 servings
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup Stonyfield Organic Vanilla Greek 0% Fat Yogurt
1 fresh banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The thick texture of the yogurt combined with the frozen mango pieces give the smoothie a thick consistency already. If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice and blend until well incorporated.
