Organic foods, by law, do not contain artificial colors or dyes (along with no antibiotics, artificial hormones, or toxic persistent pesticides and fertilizers). A recent FDA advisory report confirmed that such artificial colorings may be negatively affecting young children in a variety of ways, including hyper activity disorders. One easy way to avoid these artificial dyes and ingredients: Just eat organic!
