Laura Norris, M.A., is a wife, runner, outdoor enthusiast, writer, and running coach. She has a passion for nutritious and sustainable food, marathons and half marathons, cooking and baking from scratch, and the mountains. Laura left a career in academia in order to be able to help people lead healthy and happy lives through running and healthy eating. She coaches runners through training methods that emphasize sustainability, health, and training smarter instead of harder. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and their two rescue dogs.
