Freaked out about using carrot in a smoothie? Thinking, “Nah, that isn’t for me, I would rather just eat a carrot”? Oh hey, that sounds a bit 2014 of you. Why not try something new to kick start that cranium of yours? You won’t be unhappy with this smoothie, and it makes enough for two, so grab someone else to get fresh with.

Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup carrot juice

1 cup Stonyfield Organic French Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt

½ cup orange juice

¼ fresh grated ginger

4 ice cubes

1 pinch of salt

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 2: Get fresh ASAP by drinking immediately.
