Let’s. Get. Spicy! Don’t let the winter blues get to you, instead shake them off and get a little saucy with this Chai Smoothie. Who knows where this chai smoothie will take you? Maybe an adventure? A date with your local produce guy at the supermarket (where you’ll have to go to obtain these ingredients, I said that on purpose)? An impromptu dance session with your significant other in the kitchen? Oh my, with all the possibilities you better go grab these ingredients quickly and see what happens!

Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe mango (cubed)

2 cups of Stonyfield Organic French Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

1 cup of ice

1 tsp. crushed cardamom

1 tsp. vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Step 1: Blend all ingredients until smooth

Step 2: Put your dancing shoes on and …I mean enjoy!
