Okay, so I don’t know about you, but I feel like I’ve controlled myself enough after Christmas feasting, even though it’s only been a couple days (and by control I mean 3 cookies instead of 10). But now it’s time for a dessert/snack smoothie! Also, if you’re a fan of starting those “New Year diets” then this smoothie is perfect. Indulgence and chocolate before the New Year, but it still has yogurt so you don’t feel oh-so-bad about slurping down more than one.
Do you have a friend coming over? Maybe you have a co-worker that you’d like to surprise when you get back to work? If so, good, because this smoothie serves 6 (or 3 really thirsty people).
