“Always Be Epic” – That is the take-home message from Epic Man founding members Seth Bradbury and Will Thomas. What started as an adventure between friends has grown into a team of inspiring Epic Man participants. This April, the Epic Man Team will challenge themselves through fitness, lifestyle, culture, and inspiration and Oikos will be there to fuel them!
For one Epic week, from Monday April 10th through the end of Boston Marathon Monday, April 18th, the Epic Man Team will run, bike, swim, kayak, and skydive through 6 states and over 298 miles. They will challenge themselves, inspire others, and raise money for charity. You can even meet up with Oikos and the Epic Man Team along the route!
And if you aren’t able Paint New York Epic, join in a Fun Run, or raise money for charity on a Brunch Cruise with the Epic Man Team, you can follow their story alongside us – on the Oikos Facebook page. We’ll be posting pictures, videos, links, and stories from the Epic Man Adventure. We’ll see just what Oikos and some Epic everyday individuals can really do.

Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt is my snack of choice everyday along with a healthy fruit & my homemade almond or peanut butter – which I grind thru my Champion juicer. I’m vegetarian so I love that I can get my protein in such a delicious and non-fattening way. It fuels my bike rides and gym trips. I love to have it with honey or fresh fruit. I keep a stash at work for an afternoon pick-up instead if coffee.
I am a surgical resident and feel tired ALL THE TIME! My sister recently asked me to train to do a half marathon with her. After working 80 hours a week it is very difficult for me to find the time and energy to go out for a run. I recently have discovered Oikos yogurt and I love it. I will have the plain flavor with brown rice, black beans & cumin for lunch after a morning run, or the vanilla flavor with mixed berries after an afternoon run.
