They love that these bars contain 1 gram of saturated fat (12 grams less than other brands) and pack a reasonable 170 calories.

News About E.coli

FIRST for Women

A recent German study, discussed in FIRST for Women,  showed that when blood cells of healthy adults who have been given probiotic bacteria for five weeks were exposed to E.coli in a lab, the cells' ability to inactivate the bacteria was increased. Four strains of pro-biotic bacteria have been shown to be effective against E. coli and Stonyfield yogurt contains all four of these, unlike other brands that contain two of them. (August 2011)
