Frances Largeman Roth, Registered Dietician and contributor to Cooking Light Magazine, was featured on The Today Show to share her knowledge of what to look for in the grocery store yogurt aisle (April, 2013).  Among the options was Stonyfield Greek yogurt, which Roth suggested as a great breakfast choice. With as much protein as three ounces of meat, Greek yogurt fills you up to start your day off right.

After seeing the results of a Nutrition Research study that showed people who consume more than two servings of yogurt a week have overall better diets, Men’s Health consulted an expert to figure out which yogurts were best for men (February 2013).The top two picks were Stonyfield Greek 0% Fat Vanilla yogurt and Stonyfield Fat Free Plain yogurt.
