Harvard Pilgrim 5K Corporate Road Race

The Harvard Pilgrim 5K road race is all about healthy lifestyles, team-building, community and FUN! Proudly supporting the Nashua P.A.L. Cross Country Program, this event is definitely a classic. Individual runners and walkers are welcome. As this is a 5K run /walk event AND a Corporate Road Race, local companies are encouraged to field teams of employees. Participants will be treated to a terrific post-race celebration. Starting and finishing at Nashua’s historic Holman Stadium, the USATF-certified course is relatively flat, traveling along traffic-controlled roads and then winding through several quiet neighborhoods. So, lace ‘em up andStonyfield as we cheer them on!

Vermont City Marathon & Expo

The KeyBank Vermont City Marathon & Relay is a community effort, recognizing all those who have had a hand in making the race a success for 24 years. From the runners to the volunteers to the crowds cheering on the sidelines, we all share the same desire to cross the finish line, now and in the future.

Strolling of the Heifers

If you've never been to the Stroll, here's what it's all about: The mission of Strolling of the Heifers is to connect people with healthy local foods and with the farmers and producers who bring it to them. We do this with a unique set of family-friendly events on Strolling of the Heifers Weekend. First and foremost, the event shows support and appreciation for family farmers, but it also features many other regional food producers, as well as vendors and exhibitors of many other sustainable goods and services. The centerpiece of Stroll Weekend is the world-famous Strolling of the Heifers Parade, which starts at 10 a.m. sharp, Saturday, June 2 on Main Street, Brattleboro. The parade features up to 100 heifer calves, bedecked in flowers and led by future farmers, followed by cows, bulls, horses, goats, poultry, floats, tractors, bands, clowns, and much, much more!

Touch a Truck is a family-friendly community event that gives children an exciting, up-close encounter with a variety of vehicles,  There will also be vendors, entertainment and more! Benefits Noah's Ark Child Care Center in Manchester & Simon Youth Foundation. Noah’s Ark is the largest non-profit child care center in southern New Hampshire, with a mission to provide quality early childhood education and accessible, affordable support services for family, staff and the community. Noah’s Ark is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Simon Youth Foundation was established in 1998 with a mission to foster and improve educational opportunities, career development, and life skills that transform the lives of at-risk youth through focused programs and initiatives with public school and post-secondary education partners. It also distributes college scholarships to local high school seniors. Rain date Saturday, June 9 10am - 2pm.

Harvard Pilgrim 5K &10K at Patriot Place

This year, celebrate Independence Day early at the Finish at the 50 5K and 10K at Patriot Place. All the fun starts on Tuesday with an all-day outdoor Fitness Expo at Patriot Place. This fun filled day complete with a kid's run inside Gillette Stadium culminates with an exciting 5K and 10K run/walk starting at 6 PM. This year both races are the day before July 4th, allowing you to make the 4th of July a two day celebration. The new 5K distance welcomes runners and walkers to celebrate a fit and healthy lifestyle. The course is traffic-free and runs completely within the Patriot Place grounds around and inside Gillette Stadium.  Enjoy the view from various parts of Gillette Stadium, including the 300-level concourse overlooking the scenery of the surrounding communities.  Both races start at the same time in the early evening and both have the most exciting finish ever inside the Gillette Stadium on the 50 yard line.
