Stonyfield & You Photo Contest

Over the years, many of our yogurt lovers have sent us photos showing how, and how much, they enjoy our yogurt. So, we’ve decided to create an ongoing photo contest called "Stonyfield & You." Be creative and send us a fun photo that shows us how Stonyfield Farm yogurt plays a role in your life, and you could receive a year’s supply of our delicious yogurt! Official Rules & Regulations: 
No Purchase Necessary.
This contest is open to legal U.S. residents at least 18 years of age at the date of entry. Employees of Stonyfield Farm and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. One entry per person per calendar quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec). Void outside of the U.S. and where restricted or prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All photos must be in submitted in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 300k and must be accompanied by an entry form. Files in .zip format will not be opened or considered. Receipt of photos will not be acknowledged. All photo contest entries become the property of Stonyfield Farm and will not be returned.

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, complete the entry form below and attach a photo which portrays how Stonyfield Farm yogurt plays a role in your life. Entries must be original, neither previously published nor having won any other award. There is no restriction
on when the photo was taken.

Stonyfield Farm reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any entry which Stonyfield Farm, in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with its reputation. Stonyfield Farm assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures or lost email entries.

JUDGING: All entries received will be judged by Stonyfield Farm based on photo quality, composition and creativity of image. One grand prize winner will be chosen per quarter. Decision of judges is final and binding in all respects.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per quarter. Grand Prize winner will receive 365 coupons to purchase 365 6oz. cups of yogurt throughout the year (or an equivalent coupon value toward the purchase of other preferred Stonyfield Farm products.) That’s a cup a day for a whole year!

OTHER STUFF WE HAVE TO TELL YOU:
By submitting your photo, you grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout in any editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes in any media, including the internet. You grant Stonyfield Farm, the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. Entrants who do not agree to this use should not enter this contest. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Stonyfield Farm for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Stonyfield Farm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, Stonyfield Farm reserves the right to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect, entry received prior to date of cancellation.

Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Ownership and Release of Liability/Publicity and Copyright Assignment unless prohibited by law, and return these documents within seven days of notification attempt, or forfeit prize. If forfeited, another Grand Prize winner will be selected. Any applicable local, state or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants release Stonyfield Farm, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, respective officers, director, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the contest or any prize awarded.
