Certified Gluten-Free!
We didn’t change these yogurts, smoothies, and soy-yogurts to make them gluten-free. They already were gluten-free. The only change is that we’ve completed the certification process administered by the GFCO and can now officially say “gluten-free” and print the GFCO symbol on our packages. Our certification tells folks with gluten intolerance (celiac disease) that they can enjoy these foods without worry. About GFCO Certification Before certifying our yogurts, GFCO reviewed our recipes, ingredients, and testing procedures, and conducted a thorough on-site inspection. We also remain subject to future, unannounced GFCO inspections. The GFCO was developed in cooperation with the Orthodox Union (OU), the world’s largest and oldest kosher certification agency. The OU uses nearly 500 field representatives – all proficient in modern food production techniques and chemical and biological processes – to conduct plant inspections and product reviews for the GFCO.
