E is a bimonthly non-profit "clearinghouse" of information, news and resources on environmental issues and topics. E covers everything environmental-from recycling to rainforests, and from the "personal to the political." E reports on all the key and emerging issues: climate change, toxic threats, water and air quality, animals and wildlife, the state of oceans, and human population growth impacts-all with contact information so readers can investigate topics further and/or plug into activist efforts. E also follows and helps to publicize the activities and campaigns of a broad spectrum of environmental organizations.

E regularly features "news you can use" in it's "Green Living" section: environmental health; green home issues; healthy food choices; personal finance "with a green conscience"; eco-travel; and environmental trends in consumer products. Additionally, our "Ask E" column fields readers' questions on a multitude of environmental topics and concerns.
