is awarded on a continuous basis, so there are no deadlines. A brief
e-mail is the best way to approach us.

Please try to limit your proposal to 2 pages —
be concise and straightforward. We want to know who you are, what
you've accomplished, what your mission is, what your goals are,
how you plan to achieve them and where the money would go. Along
with your letter, please include a detailed project budget, and
where applicable, proof of 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt status.
After receiving your proposal, it will take some
time for us to review it. There aren't many of us here, so please,
no phone calls! Be patient.
In addition to funds, Stonyfield Farm often donates
product to organizations. To request a product donation, please
visit stonyfield.com/donations
Please consider using recycled paper and printing
on both sides of proposal sheets. We prefer NO plastic covers, sheet
protectors or glossy photos. After all, if a healthy planet isn't
our business, whose business is it?
