Healthy VendingTHINKING OUTSIDE THE LUNCHBOX
To improve the eating habits of children while they’re in school, we sponsor organic and all-natural snack vending machines in schools from California to Connecticut.

SALUTING COMMUTING AND BIDDING WITH LIDS
People stepping off Boston’s subways receive free Smoothies during one week in June as we thank them for choosing public transportation.

Bid With Your LidOver 165,000 people cast votes, online or by sending in lids, which determine how $40,000 is allocated among three environmental organizations, as part of our Profits for the Planet program.

JUST TRYING TO KEEP UP
We launch the first single-serve cultured soy with fruit on the bottom!

THEY LIKE US, THEY REALLY LIKE US!

In a taste-test sponsored by the San Francisco Chronicle, our organic ice cream wins spoons down against Häagen-Dazs;  Stonyfield is voted “Best Smoothie” by New Hampshire Magazine; Men’s Health magazine gives our Smoothies the  “Best Stand-Ins for a Square Meal” Munchie Award.

BLOGsNEW ARRIVALS - REAL AND VIRTUAL

Our popular YoBaby line expands with YoBaby Plus Fruit & Cereal multipacks.

Our website, Stonyfield.com, enjoys a complete makeover, and web logs (blogs) are added to continue an on-line conversation with our yogurt-lovers.

2005
ON THE “MOO-VE” AGAIN
We move offices temporarily while we begin an expansion of our Yogurt Works production facility and a “green” office building at 10 Burton Drive in Londonderry, NH.

PARTNERS AND PAIRINGS—TEAMING UP WITH LIKE-MINDED FOLKS

We contribute to the University of New Hampshire’s plans for an organic dairy farm. When complete, the research, education, and outreach facility will be a first for a land-grant university in the country.

BurnquistWe team up with extreme skateboarder Bob Burnquist, a fan of organics and we enlist Dr. William Sears (considered “America’s Pediatrician”) to reach out to yogurt-loving parents and their kids.

NEW PRODUCTS, NEW FLAVORS

We give our littlest yogurt eaters even more health benefits with the launch of YoBaby Plus Fruit 'n Cereal with DHA; our fat-free yogurt is now offered in convenient six-packs, too; new flavors of ice cream, Javalanche and Cookies ‘n Dream, get rave reviews; we add Light Yogurts to our product line, the first with NO artificial sweeteners!

GET MOVING AND JUNK THE JUNK FOOD
Good2GoMore healthy vending machines, subsidized by Stonyfield, are installed in schools in Washington state, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New York and Maryland, and we create Good2Go, a before-school nutrition and activity program to help kids start the day with exercise and a healthy breakfast.

PLANET HEATING UP, WE STEP UP OUR ACTIONS
CE’Yo Gary joins the first Virtual March on Washington to help stop global warming and invites others to march; we install solar panels to bring renewable energy to our production plant.

COVER BABIES

Through a contest, we invite parents to send us photos of their babies and toddlers for a chance to become the next “Cover Babies” on our YoBaby multipacks, and receive more than 12,000 entries; six are chosen as our official winners!
